: F-18-1/93-AICTE/910 dated: April 30, 1993 and is subsidiary to the University of Jammu.
The school admission was expanded to 300 out of 2015 from an underlying limit of 160.
GCET Campus is spread more than 869 kanals of land at Chak Bhalwal, Jammu which is 22 kms from Jammu city.
The school was set up with a dream to give significant assets to industry and society through greatness in specialized instruction and examination.
The College offers Engineering UG Degree Courses in Electronics and Communication, Electrical, Computer, Mechanical and Civil Engineering with an admission limit of 60 understudies for each branch.
It is appropriate to make reference to here that three Departments in particular Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering are NBA Accredited. Other than this, the College has begun Lateral Entry Scheme in B E third Semester with admission of 10% of the endorsed consumption limit, effusive to the affirmed consumption in each control of Engineering from Session 2015 onwards.
