A V School of Education for Women, some time ago known as Saraswati Training College for Women was established in 1956 by Lala Balak Ram Kapoor.
In 1993, D A V School Managing Committee, Chitra Gupta Road, New Delhi, assumed control over the organization and monetary control of the foundation.
