C Abdul Hakeem College, Vellore

The Melvisharam Muslim Educational Society was set up in 1919.
Late Nawab C Abdul Hakeem Sahib, a main Business Magnate, Philanthropist and Nationalist of popularity, was its Founder President, The Society has slowly advanced over these eighty years.
In the first place, there was just a Primary School under this Society.
Also, as of now, it oversees 11 Institutions from the nursery level to a First Grade College with Five P G Offices and Three Research Departments.
They incorporate M M E S Expressions and science school for ladies and C Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering and Technology, an I S O confirmed Center of learning.
The College was initiated in the year 1965 with just Pre-University Course, in the nearby halfway house structures.
In this manner the M M E S obtained a site of in excess of 67 sections of land, on the eastern edges of the town, on the Chennai-Bangalore Trunk street, and developed monumental structures to house the College and the Hostel.
The school is partnered to Thiruvalluvar University, Vellore.
The school has been Re-licensed by the NAAC with ‘B++’ Grade.
As of now, the College offers guidance in 31 Courses at Under-Graduate level and in 6 Courses at Post-Graduate level, aside from offices for research prompting the honor of Ph.
D
