A P C Mahalaxmi College for Women, Thoothukudi

With the priceless direction of Prof.A Srinivasa Ragavan, previous Principal of V O Chidambaram College, Thoothukudi, the organization appeared, subsidiary to Madurai Kamaraj University with an underlying strength of 212 understudies and 16 individuals from educating and non school personnel in 1973.
The establishment stone of its current premises situated on the Thoothukudi – Madurai expressway in Sankaraperi panchayat was laid on July second, 1973, and it moved to its recently manufactured grounds in 1974.
