Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi ::[CUJ]

The President of India offered consent to The Central Universities Act, 2009 that visualizes building up and joining colleges for educating and examination in the different states.
The Central University of Jharkhand appeared under this Act on first of March, 2009.
The Visitor of the Central University of Jharkhand, Her Excellency, Shrimati Pratibha Devisingh Patil, delegated dr. Darlando T Khathing, a universally eminent researcher and a recognized scholastic chairman, as its first Vice Chancellor.
CUJ’s emphasis will be on research in forefront advancements.
Vision To create illuminated citizenship of an information society for harmony and flourishing of people, country and the world, through advancement of development, imaginative undertakings, and academic request. Mission To fill in as a guide of progress, through multi-disciplinary learning, for formation of information network, by building a solid character and supporting a worth based straightforward hard working attitudes, advancing imaginative and basic intuition for comprehensive turn of events and self-food for the individuals of India.
