The Career Point University Hamirpur was set up by the Government of Himachal Pradesh vide Act No 12 of 2012 under area 2 (f) of the UGC Act, 1956.
The University is engaged by the University Grant Commission (UGC), a legal collection of Government of India, for the honor of degrees under Section 22 of the UGC Act 1956.
The University has around 1500 understudies and more than 100 educating/supporting staff involving prestigious researchers, academicians and corporate pioneers.
The instructors/staff individuals from University are mindful and strong.
From the year 2012, the affirmation of praiseworthy understudies is expanded by 1088% in five years.
Grounds is spread more than 30 sections of land, encircled with lower Himalayas at Hamirpur region in the territory of Himachal Pradesh, India.
It was set up in 2012 by the Himachal Pradesh State Legislature under Vocation Point University Act.
