CMD PG College, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh is set up in the year 1956 as Private Educational Institute to give advanced education to assemble profession in the field of Management, Humanities and Science.

C M Dubey Post Graduate College had begun as a coeducational foundation with just two Faculties Commerce and Arts.
The Arts Faculty was distinctly for young ladies’ understudies.
It began in the year 1956 with just 63 understudies.
