Central University of South Bihar, Gaya ::[CUSB]

Set up under the Central Universities Act, 2009 (Section 25 of 2009) as Central University of Bihar (CUB) and the name since changed by the Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2014 to Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) is an organization of higher learning in the province of Bihar.
With the witticism, for example ‘Aggregate Reasoning’ the University has been directing its scholarly and regulatory exercises from transitory premises in Patna and Gaya and anticipating moving to the lasting grounds on a 300 section of land plot of land at Panchanpur (close to Gaya town).
As expressed in Section 5 of the Act, the goal of the college will be:.

to spread and propel information by giving instructional and examination offices in such parts of learning as it might regard fit; to make uncommon arrangement for incorporated courses in humanities, sociologies, science and innovation in its instructive projects; to take fitting measures for advancing advancements in educating learning measure and between disciplinary investigations and exploration; to teach and prepare labor for the advancement of the nation; to set up linkages with enterprises for the advancement of science and innovation; and to give unique consideration to the improvement of the social and monetary conditions and government assistance of the individuals, their savvy person, scholarly and social turn of events.
The college’s scholarly program began working at a leased structure in the premises of Birla Institute of Technology, Patna (BIT) in 2009.
The energy and eagerness among the organization, personnel, staff and understudies helped the college to push forward the ideal way in the field of higher investigations.
The scholarly excursion of (the) college started with the Center for Development Studies (under the School of Social Sciences and Policy), and a (two) 2-year Master of Arts in Development Studies was dispatched in the scholastic year 2009-10 at the BIT grounds.
